في Nine 11، نبدأ بتجهيز الطلبات في أقرب وقت ممكن لضمان سرعة التوصيل. لذلك، إذا رغب العميل في إلغاء طلبه، يرجى التواصل معنا في أقرب وقت ممكن.
1. إلغاء الطلب قبل التجهيز
يمكن للعميل طلب إلغاء الطلب قبل بدء تجهيزه أو شحنه. إذا تمت الموافقة على الإلغاء، سيتم استرداد المبلغ باستخدام وسيلة الدفع الأصلية أو بالطريقة المتاحة لدينا.
2. الطلبات التي تم تجهيزها أو شحنها
بعد بدء تجهيز الطلب أو تسليمه إلى شركة الشحن، قد لا يكون بالإمكان إلغاء الطلب. في هذه الحالة، يمكن للعميل التواصل معنا لمعرفة الخيارات المتاحة وفقاً لسياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال لدينا.
3. الطلبات المخصصة أو المحفورة
بالنسبة للطلبات التي تتضمن تخصيصاً أو نقشاً، يجب طلب الإلغاء قبل بدء تنفيذ التخصيص. بعد بدء عملية التخصيص، قد لا يكون بالإمكان إلغاء الطلب بسبب طبيعة المنتج المخصص، مع عدم الإخلال بحقوق العميل في حال وجود عيب أو عدم مطابقة للمنتج.
4. المبالغ المستردة
عند الموافقة على إلغاء الطلب، سيتم رد المبلغ باستخدام وسيلة الدفع الأصلية أو بالطريقة المتاحة وفقاً لإجراءات الدفع لدينا.
قد يستغرق ظهور المبلغ في حساب العميل مدة إضافية حسب البنك أو مزود خدمة الدفع.

Order Cancellation Policy
At Nine 11, we begin processing orders as soon as possible to ensure fast delivery. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
1. Cancellation Before Processing
Customers may request to cancel their order before it has been processed or shipped. If the cancellation is approved, the payment will be refunded using the original payment method or another available method.
2. Orders That Have Been Processed or Shipped
Once an order has entered processing or has been handed over to the shipping company, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, customers may contact us to discuss the available options in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
3. Customized or Engraved Orders
For orders that include customization or engraving, cancellation must be requested before the customization process begins. Once customization has started, cancellation may no longer be possible due to the nature of the customized product. This does not affect the customer's rights in cases of defects or non-conformity.
4. Refunds
Once an order cancellation has been approved, the payment will be refunded using the original payment method or another available method in accordance with our payment procedures.
The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.
